Refunds
Once single service, packages, or digital downloads have been paid for and/or used, there is no refund. All sales are final. A photo is required for each Intuitive Distant Reiki session. If the client does not send a photo of them, the session will not happen and no refunds will result. See House Rules for more information.
Cancellations
No refunds are issued for cancellations. Appointments can be rescheduled, free or charge, up to one calendar day prior to the appointment. Any same-day cancellation and reschedule requests will incur a missed appointment/reschedule fee of $15CAD. We recognise that genuine emergencies do arise (such as a child falling ill, a visit to the hospital). In such instances, we handle all cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
